2-Speed Windshield Wiper Transmission

Hey Fellows:

The RR I'm restoring has lots of small stuff missing that I'm slowing finding and re-installing.

One of the most irritating of which is that there is no w/s wiper transmission so when the w/s wipers are running, they are always in "park mode". That is, they wipe about half of the w/s and return to the parked position on EVERY wipe. Really bugs the daylights outta me and looks stupid too.

I found a w/s wiper transmission kit at Mopars By Crane. It has lots of small plastic parts and some clips, but it doesn't come with any instructions on how to correctly assemble it onto the wiper motor shaft for operation.

I've looked through the Chrysler parts manuals, but I haven't found anything that helps.

Does anyone have an exploded diagram or anything that would help me understand how the whole thing goes together?? Any help would be appreciated!
