Hey dudes,
Got two questions. Are the seat belts that bolt to the floor hump in the middle supposed to swivel? I'm not sure if I used the right bolt, because they just sort of flop to the floor instead of staying next to where the bucket seats are about to go.
The other question....is the middle seat belt on the rear seat (the part with the release button) supposed to be bigger than the other two? I'm not sure I used the right one. And, the extra belt on it for adjustment slack seems awful long.
Any input? Thanks guys, and top o' the day to ya!

Seat Belts, two Qs
73 Road Runner 400 auto
Hi aerodynamic,
Ill start with Q2; I think you might have diffrent year belt buckles, the ´71 buckles are bigger than the later ones. They have the same design and shape, only diffrent size.
Q1; well the belts are supposed to have the rubber sleve to keep them close to the bucket seat, but they still tend to fall under the seat. I dont think they should really swivel.

The front belts do swivel.the bolts should have a shoulder on them.aerodynamic wrote:Hey dudes,

Yes the rear center seat belt is bigger,i guess so it cant buckle to the other two.It is long and can reach all the way to the floor.
