So did they put a NOS quarter on a car that was never driven only to cut it off again?
Seemed like a cheap price for a NOS quarter.

Yes that does seem aweful cheap,the guy that won the bid 73rrfreak, i see him bidding on a lot of 73-74 stuff on e-bay! 8)
