Give these fine folks a try...

I stopped by their shop on the way through Roseburg, OR and was very impressed. Prior to that I paid much more for my stainless tips from YEAROne.

Re: Machine gun tips
Do they have the correct short non-resonator tips for a 71 runner? They don't show them on the webpage you linked. The 71 charger tips are not the correct length for a road runner or GTX71Satellite98661 wrote:Give these fine folks a try...

Re: Machine gun tips
I just called Accurate Exhaust (541) 672-2661. They do have the short, non-resonators in stock buy very few. They pulled them off of the website for now until more are available but Tom is willing to sell a pair at this time. $199 but I'd call now before it's too late.
Re: Machine gun tips
I too bought SS tips from Accurate about 5 year ago and have been happy with them. I also bought a complete Dual Exh.system for my '71 GTX and have been happy. One of the easiest systems I ever installed!
I believe they "pre-Fit" some of there systems. Got correct hangers too.

just installed them last weekend. Problem that the sites don't mention but pissed me off and had to wait, you have to buy the exhaust tip hangers SEPARATE and only a couple companies carry the ones for our car. I bought mine through classic industries which were alright if you wait, about once a month they have a sale for 20% if you sign up for their email.
To add to this, I bought the tti 2.5" exhaust system and I have to say I'm not overly impressed, the left side was great but the right side to the header is very close to the frame where it bends up to avoid the exhaust. If I didn't by the exhaust system through these guys, I would have never gotten the proper set of header adapters and I'm so glad I did

Re: Machine gun tips
Thanks for the replies. Looking for headers, exhaust pipes, and the best tips to go with my build.
Also, need to make a separate topic on my resto. Will need to figure out how to re-size pictures as needed.
