71 GTX frame rail holes

71 GTX frame rail holes

In the process of taking apart my GTX I noticed (see photo) 2 holes in the frame rail (see lower right hand side of photo). These holes are on both sides of the rear quarter frame rail. Can anyone tell me what they are for?

Rear anti-sway bar brackets that, by most all accounts, didn't get into standard production until model year 72'.
