I tried to be civil but he's unwaivering. So, I put in a complaint with e-bay specifying that he's attempting to defraud by misrepresenting the car as a Special Edition --proper noun -- when there were no Special Editions in the Satellite line for that year and beyond.
Maybe that'll get his attention.
