Factory Tac and MSD

I know that my MSD-6AL has a trigger connection as I have a after market tac connected to it and it works fine.
I have the sports console in my 72 Roadrunner and it has the factory tac.
Anybody been able to make the factory tac work on a 400CID mill running the MSD6-AL?
