Dana 75101X in a 72 Satellite

I have an 8.25 rear (10 bolt), curious if a Dana 75101X would work to replace my open rear...

huh ? Do you mean a dana 60 or a spencer 91/4?

All I know is that its a 8 1/4" Dana Posi Unit (Clutch Type), part # 75101X, that fits 27 Spline Axles. supposedly for 96 and later dodge, chrysler, and plymouth...
