Fuel Filters/quarter windows

Did the 73 roadrunners have 2 fuel filters? Also did the quarter windows on the 73 roadrunner roll down?

On RM21 cars they do not roll down, if it was RM 23 they would

Ok Im new to MOPAR what is the difference between 21 and 23?

RM21 is two door coupe = fixed rear windows.
All 1973 and 1974 RR were RM21 coupes.
I've never personally seen one but 73-74 RR with power windows the rear windows are operable.
Still vin starts in RM21
RM23 is two door hardtop. All windows are operable.
1968 through 1970 you could get an RR eitherRM21 or RM23
1971 and 72 all RR's were RM23 two door hardtops.
