Road Runner Nest

So i just bought this, http://www.ebay.com/itm/321530991365?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT , after replacing my inner fender.

Which end goes to the battery tray and which to the inner fender. It only comes with I speed nut/j clip.. What goes on the other end?

Best i can tell without taking mine off my 71 ss, the round end goes to the inner fender. The clip goes over the oval-shaped end with a bolt coming down from the battery tray. One would think it would come with two bolts.
