Road Runner Nest

I have a 72 RR and i was wondering how the seat belts work. Ok i have the waist belt and the shoulder strap, I can click in the waist belt in, but i can't figure out where the shoulder strap clicks into, am I missing something.

The shoulder belt should attach to the waist belt. There should be a little post on the waist belt and a hole on the shoulder strap. you slip the shoulder strap clip onto the waist belt clip and pull, connecting them together.
