High-jackers

Okay, my sole purpose in life is to:
a) lift the rear of my 'runner because I grew up in the '70s and '80s and that was the stance to have
b) do it safely
I don't drag race (well, I'm sure if an STI pulled up to the light and there was no law, you know, the typical antics). This is for a street car.
Anyway, I don't want air shocks because they're not designed for Mopars. I think the lopsided look of the Mopar S/S springs is cool because it looks "the business" and heard they will lift the rear, but also heard their quality is not as good lately due to being made in Mexico. But if I did go this route, which ones would I order for a stock '73 Road Runner with a mild 440 and 4-speed since when I go to ManciniRacing's web site, they want the weight of the car and if it's an auto or 4-speed. I don't get why that matters? I don't know the weight of my car, but it has a full interior and everything. Are the Caltrac bars and monosprings good for lifting? I know they're better for drag cars, and allegedly superior to the springs, but I just want to lift it a little in the rear and drive on the street. Thanks for all input!
