engine color

hey guys! i always thought that high performance engines were orange , but i see pictures of lots of cars with the greenish blue engines. anyone know what engine specifies what color. thanks for your time

my RR with the 340 H.P. is 6/71 and the engine is already blue...

I have owned 2 mopars.
71 Dodge Charger 500, 383 c.i. with carter carb... light blue
71 Plymouth GTX, 440 Hp (cant remember original carb) orange
