What are the options for a leaky power steering sector? Any one got a good source for a reman? How about rebuilding?

As long as the seal surface on the shaft itself isn't worn, you can buy a steering box reseal kit. I just did mine and it worked great. Quite often you just need to replace the upper and lower outer seals, but the kit comes with all the internals as well.

One thing to note... If you aren't familiar with taking apart the box, leave it to someone who knows how. You can mess up the box if you don't know how to re-assemble and adjust.

I saw a picture of yours on your website, all clean and fresh paint. What's the trick to rebuilding? Do you know of any service manuals that are available? I'm tooled up to handle most things.
