I have decoded the fender tag and the vin on my SSP, but I've heard something about two fender tags. Did all cars have two, or just some? Also, I have the original broadcast sheet (complete, only one tear!), but I can't seem to find any information on knowing what everything on it means. Could somebody help me figure these things out?

Sounds like you have a pretty nice Satellite. Not all cars come with two tags, you are one of a lucky few that have enough options on your car to make a second tag necessary.
If you are looking to find out what all the codes mean you could look through the "Technical Archive" which is located on the home page of this website. It is the best I have seen when it comes to breaking down the numbers produced for each option.
