I just put one in from Dante's and that is the last time I ever buy a trim parts carpet. Had a hell of a time, no shape to that carpet, mine was a 4 speed with a bench seat. The carpet was not molded properly, I complained about the first one, they sent me another but it wasn't any better. So I just spent hours trying to make it look the best I can.

Man that's a bummer to hear about your carpet issue. Will a hair dryer help soften it up? I've only purchased carpets through YearOne and they'd always drop right in. The only complaint is of the heel pad. Why can't they install the proper pad?! It looks like a 66-70 B-body pad. I complained enough on the first carpet I ordered from them in 1992 and they finally sent me one with an E-body pad and I was happy with that.

I had no problem with the rear piece. Its better that its too big vs too small. Is yours an auto or manual trans car?

auto... and you are right about the heel pad but will be covered any how.with the heel pad in place there will be lots of cutting pretty close to 10in when in properly...they must use the same size carpet for all :?

well, yeah...that's how molded carpets are made. they start with a big huge sheet of carpet, and form it into what it needs to be made as.

I found these guys: http://www.stockinteriors.com/ they've been fairly pleasant do deal with when I had my fury, and I have a carpet sample from them in the correct loop and color for my gold GTX. they say they mold right to a floor pan....
