What a wonderful person

I just want to say thanks to sdweatherman for all of his help over the last couple of months. I have been looking for parts for my 72 Road Runner, for years in some instances. He had them, which is fantastic - thank goodness for the Nest. But here is the reason I am saying thanks, I was looking for a trunk bracket for my car - he had one, but unfortunately he cut it in half. At first he said he did not think it was salvageable, then he e mailed back a couple of days later with an image of the bracket tacked welded together. He said he was going to try to repair it for me. Well after a couple of days I got another picture of the bracket completely welded, ground, and primed, so now all I need to do is get it welded back into my car. Sdweatherman, thanks so much for repairing the bracket and also for going above and beyond for a fellow Road Runner fanatic.

Thanks Jeff,
I know how hard it is to locate those odd ball parts that are not being reproduced yet, so I took up the challenge of making that bracket work for you. Hope your restoration is going well. Now if I could just get my butt in gear and get something accomplished on my GY8 Satty! Scott.

No she is getting ready to go back to the painter to put the final touches and paint on it. Hopefully she'll be back from the painter after January. Then I have interior and exterior pieces to get. But without the help of the Nest I would not be this far along.
