My name is Howard and I've just realised a life's ambition by finally becoming the very proud owner of a 1974 Plymouth Roadrunner
)) She was brought over to this island in 2001 by a serviceman based in Norfolk from Lincoln, Nebrask. Originally she was a North Dakota car. Since then I believe she has had two other owners. The engine is the base model 318 with the 3 speed manual gearbox. General condition is very good, interior is tatty and neglected. Receipts back up what appear to be a genuine 42k miles. My plans are to drive her
I'd like to tidy things up a bit but I'm not totally obsessed. One definite plan is to return her to the original colour(the factory build sheet was found behind a seat cover) - Avocado Gold Metallic KJ6. The current paint(metallic raspberry) has been shoddily done - straight over the top of the green. I'll post pics when I can - not sure it's possible via a tablet computer ?
