Even without the original motor it seems like this is awfully cheap for what appears to be a relatively mild resto job...

That car is also on Ebay.
I don't think $7500 is low at all for a 72 in that condition, and that color combo.

Just think what you could do with $7500 to a car in worst condition.

Hmmmm I thought for sure with the economy sick, the dollar tanking, increase in unemployment and $4.00 gas our cars would be selling like hotcakes. /sarcasm off
The market value on classic cars alway goes up and down. With things a bit rough right now the only ones that will hold their value the best are the most popular models and those that are a bit more rare. Only ppl buying them right now are mostly those that have extra income to do it.

It is obvious that we are in a recession. Fuel prices go up, so does the cost of living. Most of use are earning the same but spending more on necessitates thus drastically dropping our project funds to little to none. What is worse people are now having to sell there projects to cover their bills.

That does suck,if you have one of these projects like I do it costs me nothing to have it sitting in my garage till the funds do become availiable some people dont have that luxury.I just hope the economy picks up and the new pres can get us jobs.
