I see a hood advertised so I inquired about what all was or was not included. I get this reply back. LOL....

Just got offered 4,000.00 for setup.(Declined offer)Yes setup is complete with exception of electrical
relay. Air Grabber Switch is included, Paint is Incredible( Hood was block sanded over and over until awesome-Worth
about 2,000.00 alone),All original parts,No cracks, ready to bolt in. Guy had rusty , bondo filled setup at
Carlisle he was asking 5,200.00. Thanks

I know airgrabbers are worth quite a bit. But that takes the cake!! :haha: Looks like I need to start getting a list of reproduction parts together for my airgrabber if I ever want one!

Some guys see dollar signs even if thier stuff is crap. There will always someone out there that will spend big bucks on the over priced junk that these guys are selling. I put an airgrabber together with mostly repoped parts. The only repop parts that I couldnt find is the correct switch bezel and the switch bracket. It does take some hunting to find all the parts but it can be done. I have just over $2000 in my AG setup, but I didnt have to spend it all at once. Good Luck!

I bought an A/G setup about 12 years ago for $300! After seeing the $5K one and the survivor 383 71 runner for sale at $85K I'm starting to feel very wealthy!
No great bargains at Carlisle this year....
Mopar71, yup I was there as was Dave, SunroofGTX, 1Fastrunner, and Moparmarks...next year we'll have to get everyone from the Nest together.

I think in the next couple of years prices will come back down a bit. I don't they these cars will ever be "cheap" again. But I am still thinking maybe for this project I might just need the bubble and the door for the airgrabber. I did not want to do that but, I can always add the working compents later as money allows me to gather parts.
