Paint job

Post by bandman » Fri Jun 01, 2007 4:13 pm

Well I finally have permission to get it done. The day after fathers day I get to bring my car in to be painted back to it's original B5 Blue plus my new airgrabber hood. I only need a couple of decals...The air grabber hood ones as well as the really sweet ones that go down on either side of the airgrabber hood. Does anyone know what those decals are called? I think I saw Steve post a picture of them.

I think having a B5, 340 4spd,72 RR with full vinyl roof will be truely different around my area. I was tempted to take off the vinyl roof and put on a strobe, but I think I will stick with the original scheme. I will post pictures of the progress.

Those are V21 V25 Hood and Deck lid stripes.
B5 is an awesome color ... would love to see it in person.
I have a picture of a B5 72 RR/GTX with V21 V25 stripes car at work that I'll post later.

Yup, black top.

Steve,

Would love to see the pictures. Unless gas is $15.00 a gallon next year- I will try to bring her to belvedere next year. Thanks for the information on the stripes, they are going to look awesome.
