Poor car, needs a lot of attention, where in the great north is it, if you don't mind me asking. I noticed the drivers fender has a 69 or 70 on it.

The whole front clip is from a 69....the guy says he has people from all over lining up for it....he offered it to me first as I was the only local....it does need alot of work and I have reconsidered its value....I would only pay $1500 tops....its got a nice trunk, floors are ok, hood has been carved up, got ladder bars on it, so its my belief as a buyer that it has been run hard and put up wet....Probably gonna pass on it....the owner says he has 9 others interested.

He was getting his dollar value from a magazine that said that a condition #3 car would net $8500....he dropped 2K off for not having the original motor/tranny....I wish him luck in selling it....it aint worth $6500....

Keep on trying, you never know. Give him the offer you want and show him the money.

Go for it.

Play the "Why let a Chechako buy it when you can have some peace of mind selling it to a Sourdough. . ." angle. He just might bite!

The Sourdough is only looking at the magazine and what it says....BTW, he has only been here for 5 years....not much of a Sourdough in my book....but we all have to start somewhere!

He must have been watching The Speed Channel and the BJ auctions.
