Found this site and was part of a group asked to market the conversion kits. No I'm not selling them here. Hell,. I'm not selling anything until I've had chance to work with it in person. However, this might be viable alternative to parking our cars for not being able to afford the fuel.

Yea they have had lots of scams on this water 4 fuel. However the technology has been around ( and legitimate) for about 80 years. The problem was it cost so much electricity to seperate the two.
Denny does it abit different, by not totally separating the two. His machine rearranges the H2O liquid molecule into H-H-O gas. Yes there is a difference.
See the site and check out the news coverage and govt, interest in it. The State of Kentucky is already paying for the EPA testing to be done on it. If it passes (Which should be no sweat) they are converting all their state transportation to run this additive. The result is a 20-30% increase in mileage with a net increase in power. The Gov't has commisioned a Humvee for dual fuel use ( water/diesel).

As soon as I heard water as a fuel I knew what you were talking about. Hydrogen generators have been around for a while. Where I work we have a few. They tend to use a lot of power.

If what they say is correct, it would be counterproductive as a cure for the global warming issue. They say how it greatly reduces emissions, but they also say how it increases BTU's so your just trading one problem for another. My cars run hot enough as it is, I would hate to see how hot they would get with that added to it.
Disclaimer: I am not trying to start a greenhouse gases/global warming issue as there is no proof that the fact that it is getting hotter globally is caused by humankind, since such drastic global temperature changes have occured before without our presence and will continue to regardless. We may very well be having an impact, but it's nothing that hasn't happened before and it's nothing the Earth won't correct on it's own at some point.

The alleged issue with the warming, ( which I don't deny that is happening- but the cause is up for debate) is the addtional factory/automotive ect emmissions are trapping the heat here- like a green house. If you reduce those gases- you reduce the effect and the earth cools. Then we will need to go back t o dirty emmissions cause the place will get too cold
