Re: Carlisle Pictures?
I wanted to make it there for Fri and Sat, but the rain unfortunately ruined that on Friday. Spent the entire day there on Saturday and I loved it, my first time there. I wish I would have had more time to look at the ridiculous amount of cars and parts. I think the 72-74s got screwed in their class...

Re: 1972 SSP 400-4BBL Progress
Car looks great. I am really impressed with that dash cap, best ive seen. Where did you get it from? I got mine from coverlay and definitely does not look like that. I had (and still having) real issues getting the dash insert to fit with the added thinkness of the new dash cap. Also not happy with ...

Dash Cap Help!!
I saw a couple of old threads briefly discussing this but I was hoping for some more info. I recently put a coverley dash cap on my 72 rr gtx. I couldn't get in over the existing dash pad without covering the chromed edge of the passenger side plastic/ fake wood insert. This was really bothering me ...

Re: t-handle question?
No need to plug yourself quapman, I'll help with that. I went with the Auto-Grip on my 72 rr GTX and couldnt be happier. The t-handle (original and repros) all feel too cheap for our cars, probably why they always crack near the screw. The Auto-Grip is made very well, and looks awesome. These arent ...

Rear Speaker & Blower Housing
Finally getting to the stereo system in my car. 72 rr GTX with factory rear defrost. I'm keeping the original look by leaving AM radio in the dash and installing a hideaway system. Front 4x10 is no problem, however, the rear is the issue. Whatever speakers there were have long since been removed. I ...

Re: Carlisle 2011
I'll be there with my 72 rr/GTX, trying to convince my dad to bring his 43 Willys MB and 1950 Willys Jeepster as well, its not a bad drive for us from Pittsburgh.

Re: Hood release help...PLEASE
Here is a pic of the hood release on my 72 GTX. To the best of my knowledge, it has never been changed, but that wasnt one of the 1000 questions I asked the previous owner. Looks like the prior responses on here have said horizontal, but clearly mine is vertical. Which is correct? Beats me...hope it...

Re: My 72 road runner GTX
Have posted any new pics, so I thought I post one of the new pistol grip (thanks quapman). Still having issues with the air grabber, but I just picked up a canister to replace the one my car is missing. I just have to find the time to mess around with everything and hopefully fix it. AG experts, pre...

Re: My 72 road runner GTX
Air Grabber issue fixed, atleast for now. Although a factory N96 car, turns out the canister went bad years ago and was never replaced, so looks like im on the hunt for a canister and bracket. Bought the car from a guy in Pittsburgh, who basically has his own rare MOPAR heaven (2 AAR cudas, 2 70 cha...
